Arctis Nova Pro Wireless here. I've never had connection issues. Actually, quite the opposite. I've gone for an emergency dump mid game and had to remember to turn the mic off because it worked across half my home.

I will say that I had random issues at one point between nVidia drivers and the Steelseries software.

Asus is still playing with it. They had another prototype at CES that had power supplied from the MB to a GPU. The problem is a lack of standards. It's the same reason it's taking so long for MB companies to move the connections to the back of the MB. The case manufacturers and MB manufacturers can't agree yet on a standard, and there's at least two out there, so it hasn't progressed beyond the odd limited release product line.

Almost everything in our PC's is built for the original ATX standard from the late 80s. It's sad.

I don't mind the PCI-E 8 pin plugs. They each handle 150 watts and have been proven safe to over double that power draw. The 12VHPWR has been a dud, at least on the high end. My opinion is that they should of limited it to 300 watts.

Some keys get bound to a motherboard, so a new motherboard would do it. Typically see it with pre-builts.

I have had this model for about a year. Battery life is acceptable. They do work while plugged in. I am no audiophile, but I have no complaints on the sound quality.

My wife, daughter, and I have been using the Logitech G733's and have been more than pleased with them. They've gone through about every option available at the $150 or less market, and they haven't been happy with too many of them. Although I wouldn't consider them for professional music/audio related tasks, they've never disappointed me for gaming/general use. I keep the studio monitors around for my audio-pickiness needs.

I am coming to this group to help with my current PC build. I hit a wall, wasn't getting picture output and was seeing a motherboard error code. I have been lazy and ignoring this problem but want this fixed so I can enjoy the new build! I am going to plug everything back in tonight and report back with more specifics, I am confident this will get solved! Newbie in the PC world so hopefully it's an easy issue for you guys/gals!

I wouldn't be surprised if these other guys can't help figure it out quickly! Me not so much lol. But to help them, I think a parts list including MB model and the error code would be a good place to start. Is it actually booting, just not showing display? Happen to have another monitor you can test with? I seem to remember my first boot not going to plan, and for whatever reason, it absolutely could not comprehend a format to give me 1440p; used another 1080p monitor so I could actually see my bios, got everything setup, and the 1440 monitor worked fine after that. No idea why that was, but doesn't hurt to test another monitor/HDMI/DP cable if you haven't already. Better to start simple and not stress about complex issues when usually its not. Good luck!

    Ryzen 7800X3D
    Corsair Liquid
    GSkill Flare X5
    WD Black SN850X
    4080 SUPER
    Fractal North XL
    MSI 850W

I don't recall the error code off my head, I will get that info tonight.

EDIT - I do remember how ever when I looked into this issue a bit when I first completed the build, I was seeing a lot of people having issues with the MB and the RAM sticks they were using. Even if the RAM was on the compatibility list, they still came across issues! I should circle back to that as well.

EDIT EDIT -- Looks like a quick search at work tells me my DDR5 Ram I have is NOT compatible. That was a quick start to this puzzle haha

Is that ram issue specific to your mobo? You'll want 6000 CL30. I heard some issues about slow boots but I think that was due early bios for the am5 chips.

I was reading it was specific to this Mobo. People were swapping RAM and having resolution of their issues. I want to dig more into the error code I am seeing though. That's top of my list tonight.

    Yeah.
Well, you may have already found your problem with the RAM. If it won't POST successfully, you'll likely never get any video output. I haven't built a DDR5 system yet, but RAM seems to be a bit more complicated now. Get some compatible RAM, make sure you load the XMP/EXPO settings in the BIOS, and let it "train" the memory.

There was one several pages back. It was a PNY version bought as part of a combo.

If you're not buying a founders edition you're looking at $1300+ for the 5080 and $2k-$2500k+ for a 5090. :goingcrazy:

Plugged the new PC back in today. MB is showing “AA21” at the bottom. Going to look into it shortly.

Not sure what motherboard this is for.

Do you have an owner's manual? It'll tell you what the error code is.

But based on a generic search, depending on the manufacturer, could be a ram issue or PCIE on powerup (adjustable in bios).

Try the basic step of using only one ram stick in your motherboard. If the issue persists, try the other ram stick.

Your motherboard's manual will also tell you what slots to use when using one, or two, or all four slots.
