I have my new spec stage one clutch installed with Urd throw out bearing and sleeve kit and heavy flywheel. I am having issues with the Slave cylinder side of clutch fork contacting pressure plate cover. upload_2025-2-11_16-5-34.jpgupload_2025-2-11_16-5-34.jpg

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Free play was fine on clutch pedal.

All fixed gents, ended up being the wrong year pivot ball that got installed. Only a couple of mm difference in size but clearly made a huge difference. New clutch pack was a few mm thicker then stock also compounding the problem. Please to state that everything is now smooth as butter and def love the heavier fly wheel. Now to get the clutch broken in to get rid of the chatter as expected. Cheers to those that chimed in.

Glad to hear that you find the problem.
Let us know later about URD TOB kit after all..
I'm planning to do that too.

My mech reported that my quill did have visible scratching when the oem TOB was removed, and the oem bearing was still operational but growly when spinning by hand. IMO the URD kit is a no brainer.

back to stock with URD quill sleeve and bearing, or Tilton. I opted for the former in October because:
1 - the stock system is better understood by anyone having to work on it (had a hard time finding someone to do the job)
2 - parts are more accessible (very thankful to Kasbien for making the kits though)
and most importantly, 3 - the fundamental flaw of having the piston rotating against the seal is not solved with Tilton. People aren't reporting back with issues (except 1 so far), likely due to higher quality bearings, seals, etc. than the Clutch Masters, but a piston seal giving way at some unknown point in time is going to leave you on the side of the road. It happened once and I didn't like it.
