Stock with a camper shell for now.
Mine has done this and I couldn’t figure it out, maybe you can express on what you did to resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear that, I consider my Tacoma to be irreplacable because I would never be able to find another one just like it.

Yes, would definitely buy my 3rd gen all over again. Great truck, great aftermarket, great community here.

I would 100% buy mine again. Same configuration - TRD OR Long Bed with premium and tech package. I love this truck and plan to keep it for a very long time.

If I were given a do-over, knowing now what I didn't know then.. I'd do this:
    -buy the truck again
-never even think about looking at TW

Jokingly serious, I've had no major issues out of my truck, and any "issue" I've experienced, I would've never even known or cared about had I not read about it here and convinced myself it was a real issue. Trucks been great for 143k miles, hoping for 143k more.

Absolutely! The 4th gen has rear disc, and has a recall! I keep the rear drums. Lol!

I was fortunate that it took me from May 14, 2021 until Sep 28, 2021 before I found/joined TW.

My Sport AT/DCSB operated (continues to operate) as intended with no issues.

Only real concern was Dealership Interactions during the 2yr Toyota Care...which I was able to fix by going to a different dealership.

OTT after the first year (my truck recognized/recorded my driving habits in the ECU) even though I felt no struggles with the transmission.

Have converted to Aluminum Housing/Fumoto Valve/Locking Gas Cap + Holder/LED Interior & Exterior/Wheel Locking Lugs.

    Upgraded/Added OEM LED Headlights/TRD Skid/TALON CAT Plate/OEM Tailgate Lock/HDX Side Steps/Bushwacker Fendys/TRD Shift Knob/Sequential Turn Signals/Aftermarket Vintage Grill w/Garnish + Lights/Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners.

I'm scheduled install of TRD Suspension Kit (Part of the TRD Lift Package) on April 1st.

This May will also be 4 years of ownership (First New Toyota Truck).

Now, I see new members joining and asking familiar questions about upgrades I've done.

Sounds like I've come full circle and I'm very happy about it...in my Third Gen Tacoma.

Yes, I would buy my truck again. However, as a few other people have mentioned though, the Ranger Raptor would be at the top of my list vs buying a 4th gen hybrid if looking today.

I'd rather buy a Hilux, but they are not imported into the US anymore.
    Pity.
