When I was a yung un, my coke head bosses used to send me to the French Quarter to buy cut. Of course whippets were a thing too. They just recently outlawed them and a week ago a buddy found one of the large tanks on the side of the road. Thought it was from ATT or road crew. That thing is heavy (for being empty… probably 5#).
