That blows. This season started off so great with so many contenders. It was the best racing in years, possibly ever. Looks like it will be another gift of a championship for Chase.

Man they all died before half way into the season. Guess that is what happens when the field gets too stacked.

Maybe the tracks are too dangerous? I was listening to McGrath on Gypsy Tales a couple weeks ago and he commented on how back when he raced it wasn’t broadcast live so the track crews put a ton of time into making the track perfect between races. Now the tracks are beat to shit by the main events.

The 450s absolutely destroy tracks compared to when MC was racing two smokers, though. I see his points, but different playing field now days IMO.

All bikes tear up tracks. The point is that the tracks used to be groomed before each race to provide better and safer racing.

I think they've always been dangerous. Taming them down more I don't think would solve the problem. It's been just small mistakes that they can do anytime out of the week. I can agree that the 4 strokes rip apart tracks so much more now. They guys are at the top of the game and they are just fighting for tenths.

Of course all bikes tear up a track. Have you ridden a 450 on a track that was just built in a week or weekend? Even the local indoor races where dirt is imported get annihilated. It’s not the same is all I'm saying. We can both be right :D

3 guys currently in the top ten in points standings are out. That’s crazy.

It doesn't stop, but maybe that's why there are so many blue bikes on the team

That would be cool but he will most likely get injured like every one of his past seasons.

I really like Dax. Hope he bounces back quickly and still has a solid season.

Don't worry, Star has 14 more riders left on the gate.

Sucks on Tomac. He has been ripping and might have sorted the starts and made it interesting. Never know, fibula isnt weight bearing so he could grit it out if chase shits the bed and keeps it close.... Malcolm or Ken to challenge Chase consistently??
