Been doing pretty good, The Truck situation messed with my head for over a year, but otherwise good. Nothing major changed or happened worth mentioning. How about you? ( and everyone else! )

are you still rocking the White 3rd gen? does the starter still give you any issues? I remember you telling me it would occasionally be cranky after it got a little wet that one time.....

I'm ok, haven't been up to much either. Starter got replaced eventually, under warranty too! lol Still rocking the same third gen though I did put 5100's in it, not impressed, will get something different next time.

Are you using the 5100s to lift the front?

@Canoehead I had them installed and tried setting them at the middle setting which should have been 1 inch of lift as I understood it. Right after I got them installed, I parked beside my buddy who has a 2018 with fully stock suspension and I was literally 1 mm taller than his at the wheel wells. I had planned to try the highest setting but I read online it makes them very stiff so I tried the middle... next time I took it to the shop I asked them to move them to the highest setting and they wouldn't even try, stating that they are too hard to even try to move after they've been on the vehicle for any amount of time(this was at the Toyota dealer BTW). Anyway, they are like what 1.5 years old or so and are already softening up quite a bit, I'd say within a year they will need replacement which is disappointing to me seeing as my stock ones lasted me about 150k... these ones are only about 35k in and they're already feeling soft :( The truck had noticeably worse body roll even when they were new as well and now it's getting annoying, not unsafe yet but just annoying. Oh and I should add I haven't been off road as much since I got these as I just haven't had as much time and this winter has been so shit I haven't been out much at all since it got so cold/windy so yeah, with a lot less driving on really rough terrain these ones are wearing out with only 35k on them... I'd say if I get to 50k on them before I replace em I'd be surprised. Anyone else used 5100s? If so, what was your experience?

I have run 5100s front and back pretty much since I bought my truck 10 years ago. I have always liked them. I have never used the height adjustment though, I do all my lift with springs. 50K is probably about what I got from mine, though there has been a certain amount of changing things around, and also now running steel front bumper with a winch, including some rough road and off driving. Really though, I have blown rear shocks but only had to replace front shocks when I've needed to cut them off to change other components. Corrosion is the number 1 killer in my experience!

I also have 5100's on my truck. I've got OME 886's and a steel bumper. I don't notice much roll on the road ( I have my sway bar removed ) but I also don't have much off-road use on them. Funny thing is I find
@Canoehead's truck to have way more body roll then mine does. At least that is how it appears to me when sitting in the passenger seat at times.

lol, I feel like we're "land yachting"

That is a bummer though. Esp now with the friggen dollar so low. Everything is just so expensive.
