Anyone want to recommend a clutch kit to replace my OEM clutch and why? Daily driver. Mild off road. Bone stock. Thanks!

Welcome aboard. I recommend Aisin for longevity and quality. It is a lot of work to pull a transmission out. I like Rockauto

Yeah the TOB is a terrible design, but after seeing peoples experiences with the aftermarket options, I’ll roll the dice on factory and live with the squeak. I am running the URD/PDM quill and larger bearing on mine

    for me

I have URD stage 2 w/ heavy flywheel
35's 4.88 wheel and tow sometimes
not trying to go in there again. But given I have CM HydroTOB I'll probably have to. To try the Tilton.

Budget and stock? I'd be looking at flywheel resurface, and had success with Exedy which was a good price and on RockAuto.

You could potentially try putting the larger URD throwout bearing upgrade kit. Probably cheaper, said to be decent, simpler to install, and then at least you can know you did something and tried regarding the crappy factory TOB design, which is probably what fails first more than anything else.

Just changed at 155K miles. Toyota Clutch, URD Heavy Flywheel, and URD TOB. No issues and drives great. This is one job I paid someone else to do.
