:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/winter sufferers. We had about 1/2" of ice/snow/sleet/freezing rain on the sidewalks and driveway and it wouldn't budge. Some sun yesterday helped a lot and I got about 80% of it cleared including the walking areas. Just in time for another mess arriving late tonight! Damn that gopher.

    Morning all:

Learnt something new yesterday, the 18650 batteries I mentioned are used in Tesla's, battery packs, there are 6-7,000 of them that power the vehicle! o_O

Like Ken said, see if there are any cameras around that may have recorded it, happened to my mother twice, and it wasn't just a little bump!
No drug store in the area had a medication prescribed for my mother, it had to be ordered in, and yes, it was expensive!
When I switched it over to a readily available brand that was the exact same medication and cheaper, she suddenly no longer needed it!
Just makes you wonder, did she really need it or were pockets getting lined! :notsure:

Oh great, looks like we are now heading into a bad flu season! :(

We always drove long distances for decent paying work... the price for living where we want. It was our choice, but grateful we don't have to do it anymore.

As a kid growing up I watched my dad do that same thing. He was always moody and miserable, had little to no free time, and struggled to get things done when the weekend rolled around. He used to sort of brag about how much his hourly pay was but once you figured in that his 8 hour work day was closer to 14 hours with a 3 hour drive to and from work that weren't paid time it really wasn't that impressive. I decided by the time I got out of school I would never work more than 30 minutes from home. I made an exception for about 22 months at one point with a 40-45 minute drive and had that job lasted I can tell you straight out I would have been looking at relocating closer to work after 2 more months of it.

My current job is 9 miles away from my home and takes me roughly 15 minutes most days. They've done some work and added 2 more warehouses on the road I work on and that's been about enough to start making me hate this job.

Yes, I am surprised from time to time how large the males are.............but look up the stats on dog-coyote-wolf hybrids.

I've never seen a coyote close to my place, but others have. I have heard them, though

    Evening all:

    Sue!
Just pulled the trigger on a front set of Rough Country seat covers. :spending:
I had 2 sets of Cover King neo Supremes and they seemed to hold up fairly well. The drivers side seat cover on the Tacoma is pretty worn after 7 yrs., guess that's not too bad, the passenger side is like new, now if only I could just buy the one replacement seat cover for the drivers side instead of having to buy both!
