I’m just joking about my wife. She a first generation American. Mom was Viet, Dad from Hong Kong, then met in Kansas City.

My wife has been working on her Pho and Ramen recipes. And we started making sushi at home since it’s so expensive and we eat it a lot.

Well, on my way home I wasn’t paying attention and happened to see a cops DRL’s come on as he was sitting in a good spot so I went ahead and pulled over less than 100 yards away. I know it’s 35 mph there, I go through there twice a day.

He walked up to the car and I already had my license and paper work out and said afternoon officer.

He said you know why I pulled you over? I said yes sir, I was speeding, I wasn’t paying attention and I’m trying to get home to take my daughter to the doctor.

He said when’s the last time you had a ticket? I said I’ve never had one, he said I find that commendable and can work with that.

He went back to his car, came back and handed me this. Thank God I didn’t get a real one

Last time I was pulled over the cop said "you know why I pulled you over?"

I fully agree with the trailer jack in the middle.

I think it's weird to have it hanging off either side

Most consumer sized trailers are single axle. A flip up jack with a wheel makes it easy to move the trailer by hand and park it in difficult to access areas.

I get a laugh when I see the wheeled jacks on a tandem axle trailer. Not easy to park them by hand because the axles fight each other.

Center mounted commercial jacks are the most robust, but not many consumer peeps can appreciate them.

    Thank goodness for late flights.
Client didn’t need me tomorrow, so I moved my flight up.
I’ll be sleeping in my own bed tonight

Good morning and Happy Friday everyone :hattip:

@six5crèéd , congrats on that warning .

That’s your karma staring right back atcha.

Anyone else have Monday off? Such a random, inconsequential ‘holiday’.

    Good morning Wrenchmen :hattip:

It's Friday - more of an inconvenience to me than anything else really. ;)

It's 1/2 way through February - this gives me hope of getting the mower out soon. :D

It's also the birthday of Sakichi Toyoda, (1867-1930 ) founder of Toyota Industries, well sort of...

He was actually born on March 19 which is the 14th of the 2nd month in East Asian Lunar Calendar. o_O

I just report this stuff. :notsure:
