    Gotcha, that is unfortunate because I paid for them to get and install the bushing kit with the leafs. The greaseable pins too.

    These:
    DOBINSONS POLYURETHANE BUSH KIT - PB59-1101K
    DOBINSONS GREASABLE PIN (SINGLE) - SP59-060

    How can you tell by the photo they are the originals? I am going to call this shop.

    Thank you!

    Because the top and bottom don't look the same. Just look at them. Poly bushings have an outer shoulder

    Gothca. I will loosen both frame end shackle bolts, shake the truck, re-torque, remeasure, and report back.

    Sorry for all the questions, but I can do this all with the truck on the ground? Don't need to lift it up before loosening the bolts?

    Thank you for all the help!

    I had the 111 leaf springs too, and had the same results. I ended up removing one of the leaves and dropping it down to a 110 leaf pack. It's a night and day difference. The leaf pack was so stiff with the 111 that they didn't last a week. The 110 Leaf pack rides so much better and is comparable to stock, but stiffer.

    If there were constant load, I'm sure they'd be fine, but similar to you, I have nothing in the bed so I can use it for truck stuff.

    I have airbags and bump stops in the rear so no worries about adding extra weight when needed.

    Thanks! What did your lift end up being with the 110 leaf pack? ....Or I should probably ask what your lift was with the 111 and then with the 110.

    Here are my numbers with the 111 leaf springs and 352 coils (with winch bumper; I ended up with the1/4 top out spacer). Red is stock. Grey is with the suspension installed. Full tank of gas and no air in the airbags. Level ground.

    Please let me know what you think. Sorry, but I'll need to look for post 110 measurements, but they solved the stink bug and stiff ride problems. :thumbsup:

    Cool. Thank you for that. Looks like I gained even a little more than you with the 111 leafs. If you have time, a measurement of where you sit with the 110s would be awesome. I am dead set on taking out a leaf.....just curious if it looses 1" to end up around 2" lift, or if it looses 2"and end up at 1" of lift.

    You went with the 352 springs?

    Here's how the truck sits now (in blue) with 110's, a full tank of gas, and 5 years of hard abuse:

    upload_2025-2-14_15-18-10.png

    RED = stock
    Black = 111 leaf pack, 352 coils
    Blue = 110 leaf pack, 352 coils (broken-in) w/ 1/4" top spacer

    Yes on the 352 coils with 1/4 top out spacer :thumbsup: Edit: I have 354 coils waiting to go in...

    Sweet! Thanks!

    I thought the 252 coils were for Landcruiser....they work in Tacos?

    Great info, ya'll--I'm currently debating between 314 and 352 w/ IMS struts for my 2017 DCOR 4x4.

    I run about 170 lbs forward of the front axle, but planning on removing the winch (doing most of my wheeling in the desert where there are no winch points), which should drop the weight down to around 100 lbs (winch bumper, light bar, skid plate).

    What I'm struggling with is the added weight between the axles... which I'd estimate is around 250 lbs (Prinsu rack, sliders, ditch lights, butyl noise deadening, + miscellaneous gear in the back seat).

    Currently running OME Nitrochargers w/ 886 coils. I've liked the added stiffness, but definitely a little rough in the city and low speeds offroad, and the sag has been noticeable after 35k-ish miles. Looking for ~2.5" of lift in the front, or at least something above 2.0" to maintain tire clearance.

    @Crikeymike?

    With 22" being the average OEM rear height, you're at 1/2" on one side and 1" on the other side. This is where we get the info that L59-110-R's lift only 1" on a long bed.

    Weight between the front and rear axles is supported by the full suspension system, so it barely squats. When 4 adults get into the truck, the ride height barely changes. Leverage off the front or rear of the truck is what causes variations in lift height, hence the constant weight ratings for them.

    Up front, you can use the 314's to go with a lower spring rate and set the preload appropriately to get 2.5" of lift.

    I don't think your rear end weight constitutes the need for the stronger lea springs. You can keep whatever you've got in the back now and just change the shocks if you want.

    Interesting. I will have to loosen the shackle bolt and shake the truck to see if that helps it settle down a little. I don't really want to drop a full 2" going down to a 110.

    I can loosen and re-torque the frame end shackle bolt with the truck on the ground the entire time?
