Got home yesterday and was sitting in my car thinking "man it smells like diesel in here". Pop the hood open, damn valve cover gasket was leaking perfectly on the exhaust manifold... guess I'm changing that. Bought the PCV line too cause I'm sure I'll break this one since it has never been off. Running with the HVAC on recirc until my parts get here haha

I took the vice from my high-school scrap pile and made the hitch mount

 

What is the preferred LCA bushing now? Whiteline or Strongflex? If Strongflex is it the normal or “super spec”?

 

Whiteline for rubber strongflex for poly I think is the consensus

Im going rubber, ride is harsh enough as is lol

Any thoughts on why you’d choose one variant over the other? The description does not make it obvious to a dummy like me…

I had to pull my Whitelines off after a few weeks and use a different grease which finally quieted them down; I recommend using Prothane grease on the bushings versus the shit it comes with if you go WL
