The back is likely a beef spiced kabob… I always forget the name. It will come to me. The front is kibbeh, may or may not be filled. It’s ALL awesome. I would only be more turned on if it was Lebanese tea… oh yea, I’m thinking of lula kabob… which is ground lamb, instead of beef. Mmmmmm

Much to like, and much to regret. I quit back in college after almost getting killed twice and having friends do stupid shit for show or drunken moronics. When you leave the road and later find your tach 200yards out and stuck at 7K… (not me, one of my organ donor friends…).

EDIT: For 98% of the riders… it’s the idiots with cars. For that stupid crotch-rocket crowd… well, it’s mostly bad judgment. We call those organ donors.

Black cardamom. I don't think it's anything particularly special but it was good.
I actually had falafel but thought that it was seriously lacking in greenery. The fry on it and the hummus though was 10/10.

It's a newish place about an hour from us. They are food trucks in the summer and this is a building they park and run out of in the winter now. Bad hours so this was our first time.

    No.

Go buy an off road bike where you can be less worried about getting ran over by an idiot other than yourself.

Correct, lamb Kabob is chunks of lamb. They will typically ask how you want it cooked. When it’s ground, it’s beef or lamb. Lamb is lula. Shrimp kabobs are heavenly. We fortunately have access to a variety… from Lebanese, Egyptian, Syrian, Turkey, to Greek. I love discovering the differences and new things.

I don’t think I’ve had that… Do you know if black cardamom is a variety or a stage? Cardamom can be very rough when green, but roasting/cooking tempers its taste. Wondering if it’s a coffee type thing?

I might add that sportbikes have ferocious acceleration, which is a rush.
You can get into trouble real quick.

You can get into trouble just as much on a dirt bike if you’re not careful too.

    But not nearly as fast.

I can't count the times I've read or heard about some young guy who just bought a sporty, and got himself killed.
It's all fun until you go into a curve too fast for your skill level.
