Thank you. He did. He joined our family when our boys were 4 and 2 so he helped bring up our young family and had lots of great moments with us that we will never forget. Out of all the pups I’ve had, this one will sting the most due to that fact.

 

Ill give my dogs an extra hug and treat tonight for Chief.

 

Thank you he would love that! He and I had a routine…more like he has a routine for me. I’d come home from work and put my things down and he would be sitting waiting for treats. Gonna be hard coming home from work tomorrow night(my Monday) and not having that routine to go through.

 

He will visit from time to time, just to let you know he's OK. I didn't used to believe that but I do now.

For sure…I’ve had the same experience in the past. My oldest kid said our little cocker was staring at the sky then was looking into his eyes, he said it was like she was looking at Chief and letting him know he was ok.

Not my dog, but since I lost my Remi, I've been missing my running partner. So I’ve been volunteering to run/exercise my neighbor’s Belgian Malinois (is that spelled right?). TW, meet Skyline. She’s a sweet girl.

 

Does Daphne have microphthalmia? Any issues with hearing?

Vet gave her a clean bill of health so I'm assuming not. She just doesn't like bright lights. And she hears fine. When she wants. Double does of stubborn.
