    Thanks, yeah good here. Lots heavy flooding all around. We are in a good location where even though its mostly flat all water seems to go away from us. It does pool up but nothing that will damage the house or property.

    I feel ya. Parents had a mudslide and built a mud wall. Here there’s no place to drain. However, neighbors refuse to add dirt. I have a 3’ retaining wall I was required to build, so naturally water table makes my excess their problem… :rolleyes:
