Maple syrup - I love the stuff but it aggravates the Crohn’s so I can’t have it anymore. It has to be fake stuff for me, now.

Sorry, can't like that. It's a shame you have to miss out on nature's goodness. I use to work with a woman who's husband had Crohn's. From her stories, there are few people I'd wish that on.

Rich, it’s no fun. I consider it a ‘lifestyle’. It’s under control so it’s not as bad as it could be. Chinese food? Bypass the middle man and just toss it out. Honey? No way. It will clean me out. I have to watch what I eat but I no longer am on rice cakes and baked chicken; so that’s a win.

Ugg... Colitis here. almost cut my colon out. In remission for the last 4 years due to meds that finally worked and diet change. But yeah I think Crohn’s is the more evil of the two. Good to hear you have it under control for now.

    Good morning :pccoffee:

Got 1" yesterday not enough to blow like Saturday so had to shovel last night. It was -8° when I did but no snow this morning. 08:45 is check in time at Mayo Clinic dental surgeries for me this morning, way to start the week off right?! Thursday have another dental apt to have 2 cavities filled at teeth roots, I haven't had a cavity in decades. They told me it was common after radiation treatment the gift that keeps on giving.

You live in the snow belt off of Lake Eire or Lake Ontario must be. Isn’t that where they invented the Airens snow blowers

I feel for you. I am following the wife when she drives to the garage to get her Rav4 inspected and emissions. We are leaving in about 15 minutes. I asked the grandson to drive my Taco. He needs more experience in driving in the winter.
