    About the same as always.

    I had an initial interview with HR for one job a couple weeks ago, they are still deciding if they want to have me interview with the hiring Manager or not.... I have another HR interview with a different company to0morrow (Tuesday). Couple weeks ago I got a hit from HR at a 3rd company, saying the Hiring Manager had sen my resume and really wanted to interview me, didn't her anything from them for a while, I finally got a response "sorry, your emails had been going to my spam folder. The hiring Manager sent an offer to their top candidate a few days ago".... and they never did have me interview with them.

    1 year, 4 months as of today......
