    I really only eat one meal a day. Typically lunch or late lunch (linner/lupper) and minimal breakfast/dinner. It’s terrible for me, but I do make judgment calls. I also burn decent calories, but could do better if I went back to the gym. The other secret is portions. I like alot of things, so I try to sample and have leftovers.
