Like the title says, I need to get a new phone. Will the fourteen fit on the charge deck under the dash? Thanks!

    yes but.....
the charger is SLOW, phone gets HOT :bananadead:, if moves can become Un synced from charging, not worth the hassle
better to get a high output cig plug and cable

this, and that’s with a slim case. Add a thicker case and it won’t charge or will become even more fickle.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. The charge deck is slow. I'm a 30 year IT vet. I should take my one advice. If there is a cabe option, use it. ;)

If the phone has a protruding camera that prohibits it from lying flat on the pad it will not work.

    Apparently, it’s a trash charger, anyhow. o_O

When I first got my truck, I used my qi charging pad but now I use a cable for the Android Auto.
Now my charging pad is home for my bobble head Ram...

Same phone and I use my wireless charger too. No issues with it bubbling up either but I've seen the photos on here. I guess I got lucky there.

I have a cable if I really need it to charge fast, but I mostly just don't want it draining while using Carplay and the wireless charger accomplishes that.

I installed a flat mag-safe pad and ran the power cable back to my cig lighter port in the elbow rest. Clean, looks factory, and keeps the phone in one place to charge. It will even charge my AirPods too. The pad I used has the MagSafe part raised so it clears your iPhone cameras. It comes with double-sided tape to keep it in place. Don't forget to turn off your stock Qi charger. Here's the link of the one I bought off Amazon (I went with the longer cable option which was the perfect length): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CR45FC43?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share&th=1
