Mine arrived yesterday. I was hoping the "warm" weather on Sunday would allow me to do my oil change, but I don't think the snow will melt off before then.

As far as my experience goes... One really can't afford NOT to purchase OEM...

    Looks good.
What's the story on those tires? They look pretty beefy for 265s. Wondering who makes em and how they are in different situations.

So they’re Open Range A/T made by Les Schwab. I said the same thing that they look beefy, they’re the same as the factory take offs, I’m thinking maybe it’s due to the black portion of the wheel? We have ran these Open Ranges on her Ford Explorer and my Ram 2500 previously and they did great. We shall see how they do on the Runner…

Drove it about 4 miles today down the bypass to MidsouthShootersSupply and bought 2 boxes of 115 gr Blazer 9mm for 11.99 a bx.

    Lol!!!

Waiting for the weather to warm up to shave my air dam.

Went thru 2 AVS bug rock deflectors .
1st one warped and ill fitting as hell.
Leaving my weather stripping open in areas around the hood into my engine compartment.
Tried to make the 2 hood adjusters work adjusting them.
    Nope.
Returned it to Auto zone next day.
Inspected this 2nd one at the store
    It seemed straight.

Nope the 2 outer mount tabs on side of hood
    One angled up.
    Other angled down.
Lot of contact with hood on edges.
Returned that and took pics of it to show the mo mo employees at autozone.
Got my money back and bought M855 ammo at midsouth .

Seems that auto zone had these in stock since 2021 after I asked them how long these been here..
Slip shod covid era QC IMO.
Taking them out of injection moulds way too warm probably and workers NGAF or the QC guys...

Just gonna try a weather tech....
Actually been looking at guys 3rd gens with a bug deflector if I see one in a parking lot where ever.
The weathertechs do seem to fit correctly and the weather stripping seals the engine compartment better also.

    This and that
I am really interested in the spray as well. Are the micro flaps intended on a specific spot? Like they tell you exactly where to put them? I have the fender liners. They are nice. I had some more flexible ones made by a member on here, but they were as you say Toyota plastic.

Had these laying around to install. Diode rock lights I found 3d printed brackets for. Have a high and low rocker switch. The high is awesome light the light is perfect workspace campsite lighting.
Other one was some diodes that I had from my last truck. The amber is just back light and the reserve is a good addition. I just used some oem bolts below to see how I’ll like it.

TW sucked me into it's vortex with this one. Anderson Engineering intake runner extension. It's nice so far (~50 miles of varied on street driving). Might put the truck on a dyno for S&G's to test it's claim, maybe... But I do notice a slight difference.

Crazy! Glad you and the truck did good.

Years ago out on a long straight 2 lane deserted stretch of road a car crossed over into my lane coming at me head on, I was on a motorcycle. We were the only two vehicles on that road. It stayed in my lane coming straight at me. I swerved out of my lane on to the dirt shoulder on my right as the car passed me in my lane. 4 teenage boys in the car were laughing hysterically at me as they passed. I considered turning and chasing them until I thought better of it as I was passing through a part of the county that has a strong gang problem. I figured they were armed.
