Been working on another project. Surprise, it's yet another boat. Back to fishing vessels, this time a small side trawler. Enjoy my crappy renders.

This is the latest I've built since my hideous plane. A gift from my TWSS! It was a quick, simple build but I absolutely love it.

How'd you like the new castle?

I was a little disappointed TBH, compared to the original. I think that has to do with age though. I connected with the different rooms and stories more on the original, and felt excitement when it became clear what I was building. The 50th anniversary had newer stories, characters, and princes and princesses that I'm not as familiar with, so I felt like I was just building rooms and sticking mini figs in them and I've never seen the movies.

I skipped the BDP sets this time. I’d bought all previous and just didn’t see the satisfaction in continuing. Instead I built this so far.

    Soooo good.
If you could make a Parker 2320 you could sell a ton of them! Lots of recreational fishermen like me who own that boat and love it!

growing up in MT I'm surrounded by dinos. I gotta get over to see the new t-rex exhibit this summer
    https://museumoftherockies.org/exhibitions/sue

fun random facts no one asked for... The Museum of the Rockies was started with a paleontologist named Horner. When Michael Crichton was writing the Jurassic Park book he came to MT and hung out with Horner. The Alan Grant character is based on him and most of the dinos are based on his theories about them. And when Spielberg started working on the movie he came to MT and hung out with Horner too and took suggestions from him for how the dinos would move and act and sound and look. So one guy at a tiny museum in MT controlled how the whole world got to see "live" dinos for the first time ever.
$250 from what I've seen online.
