If the drive to your place is too far, he could always stay at my place. Of course he’d have to sleep in his truck and promise to behave…

Have any of you explored up above Duluth by the north shore and boundary waters?

Overheard some Minnesotans talking about the trails up there.

Oh there will be some mods all right
From Duluth all the way up to the Canadian border is an awesome place. Lots of beautiful parks and lots of big woods to wander around in.

I have spent several weeks over the past 20 years in the Boundary Waters canoeing around. Lots of lakes and waterfalls. Have not been up there much since I got the truck but there are a lot of dirt roads. There is an offroad park outside of Duluth that I have been trying to get to for several years. It is pretty rough and tumble but has some doable fun. I think this is the one:https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/ohv/gilbert/index.html

Must be the one. I had the link saved..

That's the one that turns your truck orange from the dirt, right?..

But there are a lot of Minnesotans there. Scary people...

    So. Many. Stickers.
You could wander for 300 years in the same 100 square mile area of Boundary Waters and never get bored.
