Have any of you explored up above Duluth by the north shore and boundary waters?

Overheard some Minnesotans talking about the trails up there.

 

And waterfalls.

 

I have spent several weeks over the past 20 years in the Boundary Waters canoeing around. Lots of lakes and waterfalls. Have not been up there much since I got the truck but there are a lot of dirt roads. There is an offroad park outside of Duluth that I have been trying to get to for several years. You could wander for 300 years in the same 100 square mile area of Boundary Waters and never get bored.

@Tigerian lived up in international falls and warroad. Whole lotta forest up there. It’s also a long ass drive.
