Any recommendations on a trustworthy shop in the Cedar/St. George area that knows how to properly align modified Toyota trucks, not just chase numbers?

    TIA!

I second Leon’s. One time I took the Sequoia there because I had a hard pull to the right after another shop aligned it. They said they couldn’t replicate it, I still suspect they fixed it for free. Plus the shop dogs are super cute and want all the pets.

    Awesome, I'll give Leon's a shout...thanks!

Will eventually need to do the Sequoia, too, once I get around to replacing the UCAs...

I think they might be a retailer for SPC or something similar so it might be worth mentioning that to them as well.

Hell yeah. I’ve been working on depleting what’s left in my stand alone freezer before buying another quarter beef or maybe splitting a half or whole beef with friends. She just changed the bulk beef to a “pick what you want” deal which is awesome because there are so many cuts that I don’t use and typically gift those cuts to people that do work at our house. I’ve also randomly given away meat to people buying tools or truck parts as well.

Those are the household favorites. Filets are out #1 cut but also the most expensive.

and no CV axles around here. Been selling/giving away stuff to make room for buggy parts. It’s hard selling stuff around here. I was literally annoyed and giving away stuff and people would be like “is this serious?” “Yes, come get it” then no one would show up. I started chucking stuff in the garbage cans at one point.

I don't actually need CV's and honesty I usually let Milts Stage Coach Stop do the cooking when I want the filet the restaurant probably gets better priority with the quality of cuts

I don’t trust Milts. They’ve served me “Dry Lakes filet” and it was nothing like what Kacie sells. This has happened more than once, while I was working for her. I do like Milts shrimp and salad bar though. My other half says Milts ruins steak for him. It’s amazing what cast iron can do at home. The only seasoning needed is a good salt (like Redmond) and cracked pepper. If you want to try a less common cut, try Teres Major. It’s a tender cut like filet, I believe only one per steer. If you’re a fan of crockpots, try osso buco in a crockpot for 10-12 hours.
