Sweet truck man! Nice to meet a fellow JD equipped truck, we got a lot of similar toys haha. That coilover/bypass mount is cool, first time I'd seen it in person. I usually make it once a month with my old man, love seeing the exotics and he really wants to see an F40 and LFA. Haven't spotted those in the wild yet.

I like your style, always wanted a C5 myself. Wife and I don't have plans this saturday yet, perhaps we could make the trip. Me and my unpainted bodywork and red mud stuck to the exhaust will fit in real well.

 

I live about 20 minutes away right now too, near Lake Forest.

Correct. And the only things you could add when I went in there were chopped onion, diced tomato, and mustard I think. Just very odd how few options they had, and what the options were.

For context, I grew up in south jersey just outside of Philly, so the hoagie/sub/sandwich game I’m used to is otherworldly compared to out here.

 

Thanks. Still a work in progress, but shes fun! It's heading back to JD in the next month or so to get some more stuff done. It needs a traction bar to solve the axle wrap I am experiencing due to having a Marlin Crawler Taco Box installed. Shit creates so much torque, the entire back of the truck lifts up as the axle is rotating, and I would rather not snap ujoints. JD is also working on an engine cross bar as well, so Jesse wanted to get one installed on my truck too.

Most likely heading out to Ocotillo Wells this coming weekend to have some fun with it.
