I've never tasted the caribbean jerk wings but I heard they were pretty good.

After all this food talk, I went and made me some hormel chili w/beans and added a shit ton of bacon and sausage. Needless to say it was awesome.

I was not a fan...It was a sharper spice mix than I've had before- And I've had jerk from little roadside stands in the Caribbean...Not great. But it wasn't horrible...Just not what I expected.

OP isnt the one raising all the veggie dogma-Bike is the one making up stats (everywhere I've looked says max 31% of India is veggie and many of those eat eggs and some other animal products) and taking little digs at those of us who don't believe that a vegan diet is the way to save the world.

The only realistic way to save the world from assured human destruction is to eliminate the cause - humans. Short of that, you are just rationalizing your vegan diet or any number of other things (like driving a Prius) in the name of saving the world.

My bad, I know the truth hurts :crapstorm:

I feel disgusted every single time I see the image of Texas coupled with the bull-malarky being put out there by someone who obviously is not a NATIVE Texan. And that sausage looks putrid....must greas the bowels---hear it helps those sorts.

    Vegans are muderers.

I don't eat anything that casts a shadow.

    Fruit has feelings you know.

Now see, why did you have to change tone? I have been respectful when addressing you and your lifestyle, and here you are calling my family cavemen. Let me start by saying that a vast amount of your above argument, is opinion, not fact. saying veggie lifestyle is healthy and "completely satisfying" is opinion. i've had veggie meals and while i enjoy them, i don't feel as satisfied as when i've had meat. meat eaters have more restricted diets? that statement is so stupid i'm not even going to take the time to dismantle that it. veganized american food is better? I'll admit that those foods are a PASSABLE substitute for meat, but no regular meat eater would share you opinion. once again, your OPINION, that you keep spouting as fact.

you mention all the shit on the killing floor. ok. but you do realize that animal shit has been used as fertilizer for plants since the first agricultural societies formed right?

and then there's your anti hunter rant, which is when i decided you are an ignorant dick. you make all hunters sound stupid and inbred and backwards. Then there was your comment about game wardens being "part of the system". i'll admit that i've know hunters and fishers that tried to walk off with more than they were suppose to or accidentally shot a doe out of season and i have never EVER heard of one of them getting off the hook. people who choose to be game wardens usually do so because of their love for nature, and a respect for the law. They are notorious for NOT turning a blind eye to irresponsible hunters. You claiming that they are part of the "system" confirms that in your eyes, any organization that has more than 15 people is "corporate and immoral". people like you only look at facts that support your argument. But then again, maybe you're right. maybe its all our fault. maybe we just aren't as enlightened and forward thinking as you. or maybe i'm just grumpy because my cave is especially damp today.

i assume you are not a creationist, which means you believe in evolution. carnivores dont digest plants well. their bodies were designed to run off meat. same for herbivores. omnivores are that way for a reason. we were designed to intake both meat and plants. can you live on just plants? sure. but thats now what our bodies are best adapted for. Look at any hunter/gatherer society in the world. zero fat, healthy teeth, excellent muscle tone, very low disease and cancer rate. They eat a combo of plants, meat and usually some kind of insect. they are extremely healthy, and meat is a regular part of almost all h/g societies.

well, you didn't start off as a dick, but you certainly ended up being one. cant handle different opinions? i treated every one of your opinions with respect until you crossed the line. you're the one that cant handle other people not agreeing with you. i got bad news though, when you're a straight up ignorant closed minded asshole, not many people will agree with your opinions.
