IMG_5716.jpg Has anyone ever had a fuse port break on them? The port/outlet to my low beam passenger side broke. I’ve heard my only option is replacing the whole fuse box, which run about $700-$800. A mechanic was able to temporarily fix it. Allowing my passenger low beam to work.

You can see in the picture he placed a wire underneath the fuse it self.

I’m wondering if there is an alternative. Thanks in advance

Well there is an alternative and is what I would do before I spent 7 - 8 hundred dollars for a fuse box replacement.

I would remove the stock wires from that fuse and I would wire them into an add on fuse panel such as this on Amazon:

    https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Sea-Systems-5025-Blade/dp/B000THQ0CQ?crid=F7ETNSKCDJWI&dchild=1&keywords=blue+sea+fuse+block&qid=1609011182&sprefix=blue+sea%2Caps%2C254&sr=8-3&th=1

    Cheap and easy.
