    The 4runner is hub-centic and the tire wasn't seated properly on the hub, but I completely remember torquing the bolts down to spec. I was about 3 exits from my house and the tire fell off. Sheared the lug threads off completely, fucked up the rotor, heat shield, bent some of the frame (Not too sure on this but bent something), had my 2 lower door body panels ripped off, and almost ripped of the fender. The entire way home I felt the steering wheel shake, but I just thought the wheel weights were outta wack, and I didn't pull over to check.

    Technically that's not true. My tire fell off in the lane next to the shoulder (it was right over the solid line), and my adrenaline rushing and no blood to the head decided to grab it from the rim so I have blisters on a couple fingers on my left hand. Lucky I'm right handed and a switch hitter :jerkoff:
