Well, misery loves company, I guess?

Hard to believe it about the so called "American Past Time" but . . .

 

Of all professional sports it’s the least predictable for any one game. They need to realize that’s what makes it special. People love to keep stats and use them to predict outcomes but it’s always the unexpected play, the outlier, that ends up being remembered.

 

Anybody attending any spring training games?

 

Not this year, but we're thinking about heading down to Scottsdale next season and then roadtripping back.

 

I went to 3 games in AZ last year and had a great time. I highly recommend it.

It's about the "Chemistry", as is written and said by Dodger players.

Each knows who the stars/notable players are but can separate that and make their own impacts to the game.

Take Tommy Edman, for instance...those plays he executed in the 9th kept the Dodgers chances of winning alive.

Then in the bottom of the 10th, hitters get on base and Mookie takes care of the rest.

Simply Amazing.

 

Bullshit. It's about the money. From someone rooting for a small market team. Just ask these smaller D1 colleges if the have a chance against the big Power 5 with gobs of NIL cash. It's about the money.

 

I came down opening Night, & Watch Ichiro throw out 1st pitch.. & Drink 100 beers. Good times..
