    Donating blood today . Lab only took 2 small vials yesterday for lipids ,CBC ,and metabolic panel . Only thing that isn’t great is my LDL ( bad) cholesterol. Which has been like that my whole life :notsure: Hereditary
    Ive been told donating blood helps 2 people every time you do it . And it’s like an oil change for me :D
