@strider98 the Sig 556 ran great with the Pierce Precision gas valve. It actually didn't want to fully cycle on the first setting. 2 was intermittent, 3 was great. I could feel the difference for sure (like it was with my modified gas valve). It's nice that it has a little more adjustment than mine with its 6 total vs my 4 total. Would definitely recommend. I think it would have enough adjustment for your R as well.. pending its the same and fits correctly.

My P365 with the new Zaffiri upper running my Cash 9k with 147g subs ran flawlessly as well. Was super happy with that and very enjoyable to shoot. Will probably tune it with some springs now just because. Did add a Griffin EZ Lok adapter to it so I can easily switch between it and my P228. Does help with the Can walking off too. Much better compared to direct thread piston.

Mostly stock, just getting it to my liking, just happy to have had the taco and now my 4Runner.
Working a trade for 2 aero uppers, 1 new 1 used, 2 new aero stripped lowers, and a bcg. Then the new build begins.

Ended up getting all of it and some extras. Now debating on what to keep and what’s for sale. Think what’s below may be the cut pile.

Any of you guys close to me in TN want a good deal I can post up pics and details. Anyone outside of TN the lower would need to go to an ffl to abide by law.

What will likely go on the chopping block is the used aero upper in 5.56, no ch or bcg, has magpul flipup buis, keymod hand guard.

New in box aero ar15 lower.

Pistol buffer tube and buffer spring, was in an aero box but not sure if correct brand as the box pretty messed up so tossed the box.

    New psa bcg.

Used Sig Romeo5, with 2nd box with spare mount in box.

Think it’s worth taking pics and listing up here? The other stuff already made another rifle that found its home lol.

Didn’t even get the chance to post up, sorry guys, was taking the pics and my friend asked what I was doing with everything, told him I was listing it all up here since I had built what I wanted from it.
He said to stop what I was doing and pulled the whole shebang to himself and said what was I owed. Lol.
So he’s bringing me a used Glock 17 gen 5 and mags tomorrow in trade for it all per his choice. And I am happy to add it to the safe. Another mouth to feed.

Went to the range to test a P365X. It was down for maintenance so I test fired a SW Bodyguard 2.0, 380. Also learned my G45 needs to be cleaned ... hung up at on at least 8 rounds ... those brands had not hung up before. I am not incompetent with the SW Bodyguard 2.0.

So last time out a couple weeks ago.. the FN 502 decided to call it quits mid day. The firing pin broke. The last like 1/4" where it tapers down and out. It had probably 300 or so rounds through it of varying ammo. It ran fantastic all the way up to that point. The trigger is great, it shoots great, everyone loves it. Was bummed to find out there were no other options for replacements. Submitted my warranty claim after a couple emails and supplied the requested info, and just got it sent out today at my LGS.

    PXL_20250217_233638312.PORTRAIT.jpg

While I was there.. I picked up a P322 since I have no idea how long the 502 will be out. Swapped some goodies over and taped the exposed section of the 25rd mag. The trigger is definitely lack luster, especially compared to the 502.. (I do see there are some upgrades). The design is interesting, threaded adapter is kinda.. ehh. I am excited for 20 and 25 rounds though! It does feel great in the hand and pretty similar to my P365, even with the grip modules being so different. I am a Sig guy as well tho, so the FN was always.. out of place. lol Regardless, excited to compare them, especially once when the 502 gets fixed or replaced. Gonna try and sneak out this weekend to test out the P322.

25rds and 21rds. The weight difference is comical.

Why not just paint/Cerakote a black frame gun? That's all Glock does...

    Depends on the color.

Wife has purple one - it's sprayed.

EDIT - it is a Glock factory gun, not a dealer-modified gun.

A distributor may have, or a retailer may have

My understanding when I bought it was it is a factory gun.

I'll look into it a little deeper.

Oh, the gun also has a silver slide, instead of the standard black.

Generally speaking, Glock does not sell directly to most retailers and only goes thru distribution...so some distributor, Davidsons, Lipseys, RSR etc, had the gun first and then sold it to a dealer where you bought it...it can still be a "factory new" gun but was modified after leaving Glock's possession

Davidsons and Lipseys do this a bunch with distributor exclusive colors and mods
