So I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma TRD that is 3.4L and its one of the few Tacoma of its time that has a supercharger in it. I been told by Toyota that they have discontinued the Exhaust Manifold Gasket for the supercharger variant of this truck.

I want to know where I can find the supercharger variant of this Exhaust manifold gasket. I can't find it anywhere and everywhere I look is pointing me to the Gasket that is for the regular non supercharger Tacoma. If I can't find it would there be a way to replace the entire Exhaust Manifold to fix it?

The dealer is fuxking with you. There is no exhaust manifold gasket that is made specifically for a supercharged 3.4. The only gasket that is needed to mount the supercharger is an intake manifold gasket, and a throttle body gasket, and both of those are readily available.

Only way for me to find out is if I go to an actual mechanic that can also screw with me. Theres 1 here in Sanford I absolutely will not do because for whatever reason everytime I get it back from them something else goes wrong with the truck. So it was either taking it to the dealer or going to find a different mechanic.

So about that with the dealer mechanics screwing with me.... Mmmm not necessarily, see in 2003 Toyota released custom built trucks that are very rare. They are supercharged TRD Prerunners. This is not the other ones I think are called Forerunners, my Granddad managed to get the truck like this brand new off the lot like the person who tried to buy it lost out on the deal thus leading my Grandpa to have it. So more than likely there was actually a 2nd type of gasket designed to fit the Prerunners exactly.

This is correct. There is nothing that differentiates a “supercharged 3.4L Tacoma” and a naturally aspirated 3.4L Tacoma. Like stated, if you’re looking for a gasket that mates from the bottom of the s/c to the manifold, there are standard Toyota intake plenum gaskets that don’t require anything special just because it’s boosted.

Unless you have TRD headers or any or type of performance headers, the actual exhaust manifold gaskets (as stated in your title) would probably require copper gaskets or some type of upgraded gasket. Which the TRD gaskets for this year are obviously discontinued.

I think you are misguided. We are here to help and inform. Boosted tacomas and pre runners are not as rare as you claim. Let us know what you are actually asking here so we can assist.

A 3.4 is a 3.4. Think of the s/c as the cherry on top. A 3.4 without the topping doesn’t structurally change its components vs one with it.

To put it another way: The supercharger is purely an intake device, I don't see it changing anything at all about the exhaust.

@Empty_Lord could confirm all this if he's around, he's a Toyota tech and owns a supercharged truck.

For the visual learner (and to shamefully remind myself that these have been collecting dust for 10 years) - headers that mate to your exhaust manifold, see copper gaskets.

Intake plenum gasket. Nothing special here. Sits atop the manifold to the intake.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
The supercharger has no affect on exhaust gaskets. That being said it may have the TRD exhaust manifolds. REMFLEX sells gaskets for them (not the easiest to fit. But they make them) and that’s what I run on my truck
