    Just got back from New Orleans! First trip there.what a trip! Canal Street, Bourbon Street, French Quarter, Paddle Boat dinner cruise on the Mississippi. Rained like hell the first full day we were there. Glad I took my
    heavy waterproof jacket. Stayed a the Marriot on Canal Street so we could see the parades right in front of the hotel. Walking Bourbon Street at night was a real adventure. What a bunch of characters! Had some great food and drinks.

    I was a week or 2 before (or after, can’t remember) Mardi Gras and it was crazy then!!!
