Well that sucks that it keeps getting delayed! I’m interested to see what it is though.

Diode Dynamics SSC2 (Pro) ditch lights went on the truck today. They have the amber backlight are mounted on low profile brackets. They’re also wired into an OEM style switch in the dash (the one pictured in my earlier post about the DD light bar install).

More pics to come when I have more time but here’s a taste!

How was the wiring process? I've wanted to run your exact set up but electronics stress me out

I actually had the off road shop that I use for everything do the install. They specialize in working on lifted Toyota trucks and it took them 7.5 hours to do all the wiring lol, if that gives you an idea of the scope of the project.

What?! 7.5 hours for the ditch lights and wires? The shop took about 1 hour and half for my ditch lights. I plan to replace mine with new ones someday.

Yep, had to wire up the OEM switch in the dash and they did the wiring so it looks like it came from the factory when you pop the hood.

Thank you sir! Yeah I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself, and I drive the truck so much that I’d rather have it done right than try to fiddle with it on my own.

I think he's on the road to test the new ditch lights... then he plans to write up about it in his thread soon.

Hopefully in the next week I will finally be able to post finished pictures of my interior refresh/conversion...

Finished the all new exhaust today... think that makes exhaust number 5 for this truck

Oh nice!! I was actually just looking at the Magnaflow Overland exhaust last night. No reason for me to get it, but I did enjoy the magnaflow I had years ago on my Ram 1500.

I’m excited to see the pics of your finished project.

With the number of miles you put on your truck, I would strongly advise against that particular setup. Drone is terrible and it is annoyingly loud through town. Had a buddy with a 3rd gen that had that one on it.... for a week. Then he removed it.
