Yeah sleeping on it makes me less inclined to take in the added expense and responsibility. Just a coincidence that I want another Pyrenees some day and this could effectively fall into my lap.

Yeah probably smart in your current situation. But fun goal to work towards. Funny you mention expense as I just got our 3rd dog. But she eats only 2 cups a day haha That dog I imagine would be like 4-6 cups a day. Lot of food. Plus be hard to raise a puppy alone working full time. Hard enough for us time wise.

And we have already had the "what the fuck were we thinking" moments with getting another puppy. But mostly it's been great for us. Padfoot is ultimately better off with having the play mate that can and wants to play 100 times a day. Ollie was the ultimate sleeper dog. He just a grandpa dog now.

Someday I'm sure you'll have a pack of em.

I spent all day going back and forth on it before ultimately deciding.. fuckit, what the hell. So hopefully this weekend I'll bring him home and go from there. There are plenty of "what the hell was I thinking" moments ahead. Should make for an interesting start to summer...

It's less Tacoma and more mod
If nothing else I could use some lower stakes entertainment lately so I am with Monte on the decision superposition

Same. I can find a lot of arguments for and and against it. I'll pick him up in Saturday. Gonna call Bardil, which I now realize is extremely close to Bridie. (Pronounced Bar Dee).

Fingers crossed....he is the runt of the two so maybe he will end up smaller. Plus, who knows what breeds he really is, we think Pyrenees but could be a mix, or something completely different.

Good luck my friend! Those paws look big but not disproportionate so hopefully the mix is in your favor. Might be why they got dumped if it wasn't pyr with pyr...

Thanks! It would be an odd breed to dump if it was pure. I'll have to opt for one of those dna tests to solve the mystery. I'm not sure though the paws are not as big as Znuni, not is the coat as fluffy. The one I'm taking home is smaller than the other and so hopefully by some mythical he ends up smaller than Venice ....

One can only hope he doesn't get as big. I'm sure he'll be 80-100lbs still. Looks like a Pyrenees for sure. Time will tell!£

Looks like Kelsey won't have enough pto to take that week off. We had just planned a trip for our 5 year anniversary. We may only be able to make shorter trips this year, since she is still fairly new to her job.

great! Always a wonder how they will take that. Padfoot was not a fan for about 48 hours. Now he's a fan. Most the time haha

Yeah they seemed to warm up to each other really well. And in 48 hours I'll bet it's better.

If there was any doubt about whether or not they were dumped, apparently the local Pyrenees rescue there had two pups given to them that same weekend found a couple miles away from where this guy was. Same age and all. Shit makes me angry that someone would just dump some 11week old pups out in the desert. People suck. I'm hoping my folks keep the other one...

Picked up some lightly used Mickey Baja Bosses about a month ago. 285/75/16. I'm very impressed with them so far. Snow performance is definitely better than the Klever RT as they should with the 3 peak rating.

Rubs a little in the firewall when turning but I think I can fix this by adding some castor on the stock suspension.
