Liked for the good morning, that weather swing stinks. Sunny but cooler for us today, still in the mid 60’s. Come on down

It's a bitter and windy 19° out there and barely getting about freezing today.

I feel like I'm on the upswing from whatever type of infectious crud that crawled into my lungs. Yesterday was bad, constantly wheezing and gasping for air and sinus draining. Muscinex, Rybotussin and Theraflu were my friends for the past 4 days.

    Morning all

Stress and the corporate changes were too much and I wasn't enjoying the job so I retired. My wife was going to work until Medicare kicked in and then she had a lifetime stipend for supplemental insurance.

Then a month after I retired, she got laidoff. She lived off severance, then decided she enjoyed retirement and got retirement pay, then unemployment. She was afraid to retire and found she loves it.
Health insurance has been the only snag, it's costly but she has another 5 months and I have 10 more to Medicare.

It is so worth retirement if you have medical covered

My pension wasn't great but combined with SS it's enough

Vision may be permanent. Caffiene and my BP med don't mix. I start PT in a few days. That may determine ability to walk.

Will continue to pray. Don’t like that you are going through it, but glad you are getting PT as this is what we are fighting with our daughter’s physician about. Holding out hope that you will have a reversal on some or all of this.
