Exhaust - Just notes for now
Currently it probably wont pass inspection and is in the way of an antiwrap bar.

Of course helps me keep organized a bit.

Are you doing a 1 ton swap? Looked briefly but I'll look more later.

After this year we are looking at building either a geo tracker on toyota axles or a YJ/ TJ for the wife.

    Man does this thing flex.

Disclaimer no shocks are attached but I dont think 14's will limit it much.

@colinb17 Do you have any opinions on running Delrin bushings in the UCA inner pivot location? SPC discontinued the above bushings and I am trying to figure out my next move. My truck is a big mix of roadtrip truck, DD/worktruck, wheeling, and running down logging roads at a fair pace.

Im just wondering if the delrin will have alot more NVH than poly.

People run heimed uppers on mid travel trucks. Good buddy of mine has the heimed icon UCAs on his 03 4 runner. Loves them. Even without uca tower gussets, there's a noticable rigidity improvement. Delrin should offer a similar effect. It should be fairly quiet too. If run delrin in a heartbeat I those arms. I need to rebuild the SPCs I took off my truck for the LT so I can sell them. Let me know where you go for the delrin, I'll probably do the same.

I think my plan is to cast my own poly bushings but also have a set of delrins just incase they come out like shit. I dont think I can remove my originals without destroying them. If it comes out well maybe I could provide them to people on here as a solution

boy is that a lot of work, but it's always nice to be able to make parts in a pinch.
if you're modeling your own, i don't think i saw any grease channels on the inside of his. finny that he mentioned the purchased ones not having any, and then didn't put them in the poly ones.

I found it funny too. Yes I'd definitely put some grease accommodations in them. Probably drill and tap the arms for zerks too like I did my lowers.

    4 run, 2 don't
To add to this, if you change the computer/laptop you use for Firecontrol, you will need to go through this process once more.

It has been proven that from one computer to another, the height changes slightly (but remains constant for that same computer). It's been documented many times where someone goes from a laptop to a mini PC or something else as they redo things in their shop.
