The other day, I saw a moving parts Lexus SUV… it stuck out. Wasn’t that exciting to me, so moved on. BTW, you have that bug M2 I found?

Pretty much destroyed the body on this stripping the paint, I don’t have any more energy to put into this so it will just stay a rough draft.

 

My finds for this weekend past....had a few good chats around the dump bins with other grown men lol...and walked down the Easter snack isle for some reason just in case they hung up Easter diecast....saw a cart in the aisle and low and behold a box of M2 1:64 cars still in boxes. No chases but "got trucks". I purchased some of those purple dollar general trucks from a guy but when I picked them up, the hanging hooks were all messed up...O'well will pay attention next time. Still trying to find those DG 83 Trucks exclusives in the wild....if you have some and want to trade...let me know. I've traded with others here and am good for it.

Have not been buying much at all in the 1/64 scale, but on a recent Target stop to grab the new Lego F1 kits I saw these so I grabbed them.



I only have 1 of the older F series trucks so I got this also. Been hunting for a dent side to match my brothers truck, but it seems the bump sides are more popular.

Know the feeling. Set it to the side and let it live another day. I used to write them off as a total loss but that's what aircraft stripper is for. I actually have a half dozen painted Hot Wheels bodies waiting for chassis whenever they come my way. Too good to throw away and will make next round of projects go quickly.
