I did mine with a grinder and it was fucking awful. I'd highly advise to beg borrow or steal a plasma if you're doing it yourself.

Combined the plates from Wheelers U-bolt flip kit and @TOTAL CHAOS bump stop mount kit to make one rigid plate without ordering additional stuff

How is the bump stop secured inside the mount?

That looks cleaner than the style I have. Looks like you just have lower shock mounts and limit straps left?

yes, actually struggling a little bit with lower shock mounts. The angle of the new mounts is not close to the horizontal mentioned in the official instructions. But I have a confirmation from @ARCHIVE that's it's fine, possible variations because of the different leaf packs and shocks. So, I will double check the measurements and finish this up.

I had to tack mine a couple of times to get the right angle. I'm rooting for you! Can't wait to see it rolling.

What I struggled with was getting the bypass angled so that it didn't rub the frame or the tire.

I hung the shocks from the tower with the lower shock mount bolted to the shock and tacked it to the axle per the directions. I put the wheels back on and cycled left, right and center. I decided to move the lowers inboard and clocked downward a couple degrees to clear the tire. Cycled left, right and center and everything cleared so I welded the lowers on and pressurized the shocks and reinstalled them.

Then with the shocks pressurized I drooped out the rear suspension, put frame on jack stands. Jacked up rear axle to achieve 1/2 of shock travel and welded on limit straps.

Before installing your limit straps bungie cord them around something round to put a slight bend in them and install the straps so that bend goes inboard towards the diff so that your straps don't cycle into your tire.

Why did you install limit straps outside of the leaf springs? Is it ok to install it in the inner space?

You can mount them pretty much anywhere as long as they dont rub on stuff and keep your shock from bottoming out. The directions for this kit said to mount them opposite the shock mounts so thats where I put them.

@10YSON @El Taco Diablo Accutune recommended to make a spacer for the strike plate because in my situation the bump stop never touches the plate if I lift the axle up by the jack. What do you think about it?

or I can cut the bump stop mount and re-make it so the bump stop is installed lower

Outdoor Auto did that to his bump stops on his Tundra.

Around 3:45 on this video he shows how he cut them and flipped them.

In this photo are there jack stands under the axle and it's sitting on the leaf springs? That looks like it'll contact under dynamic load.

No jack stands under the axle, just lifted one side of the axle by the hydraulic jack. I will do a full test with wheels and shocks to double check the up travel.

I don't like this idea because it will limit my options in future. I prefer removable spacer mounted on the strike plate.
