I know I did really good working out before vacation but then life happened and all I did was take care of my doggo... even after he's gone now, I can't really get myself into it again yet. Yes habits can be rough to break. I've had to watch my eating habits and have done good but still cheat at times. I've mostly stopped energy drinks but still have 1 or 2 a month or so. I usually have zero sugar ones but I'm sure they're still not good for you.

Totally, I gotta get back on the bench once life chills out a little more. Been running ragged the past couple of weeks with my mom in the hospital, my dad can't drive for the moment either so getting him there and home is an adventure.

Toughest one I ever broke but in some ways easy..though I did lots of stupid shit while drinking.

You don't want to know my intake re energy drinks, and yes the high octane ones.

I use to drink several a day but actually felt better not drinking them as much. It's weird. Still crave them sometimes though lol.

It’s a terrible thing . We went 8 months without a dog after we put Eli down. Such a good dog .

I remember you telling me about this. Did you decide not to get a shepherd again or you ended up with a dog falling in your lap? Do you think you waited long enough before getting one again? I miss having my shadow but scared to get one again too soon.... or at all

We had talked about no more dogs at all because we want to use the camper more often and we usually do a cruise every year . You kinda feel guilty when you can not take the dog . 8 months is all my wife could take with out a dog she has always been a Collie person . A person in the next town over just happened to have a litter of Collies ……..wouldn’t ya know it . We could not have asked for a better dog .
