Going to pick up my FULL HOOP bumper shortly and wondering if I can do it in my Honda Civic with seats folded down?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6FLHU7pP9XY

Anyone attempted something crazy like this?

I anticipate a lot of skepticism (I am also skeptical), but would be neat if someone has done this exact thing, or similar.

    Thanks!

Give me a couple ratchet straps, and I could haul it home with a smart car.

I'm loving this energy. Might just do it!

But if it doesn't work, it will cost me 5 hours driving and gas.

Maybe with out the hoop, but it would still be tough getting it in the car. Remove the rear window trunk lid and deck/parcel shelf I think it would fit no problem.

Might be doable with the trunk lid removed, and you'd still risk tearing up the interior. Rent a U-haul if your own truck is not available.

yeah, I think the aperture between the trunk and the cabin is the limiting factor especially with the full hoops. Will take the truck!

okay, think drop the rear seats, and flatten the passenger front, think it will fit! pack some towels and cardboard and some blue tape, as packing help and think you're golden... but question 2 is this, you have a Tacoma, what is wrong with the bed for traveling?

I keep the taco parked elsewhere, so its a bit of a hassle to get it, plus the mpg of the civic vs. the taco... i know i know.

If you can't get it into the trunk or backseat, you could always buy a bunch of pool noodles and strap it to the roof like a kayak.

Disclaimer: I take no responsibility for outcomes of this type of hazardous activity but I have been accused of being the little devil on the shoulder giving advice.

Where are you picking this BAMF piece up at? Bay Area or Grass Valley? They have moved, or so I understand.

I ended up taking my tacoma up to pick it up. No civic!

I think the bumper would not have fit due to the aperture opening between the cabin and the trunk!
