    PK389-35R50-p1 are the wider ones.

They are about an inch wider on front and rear.

Been reading on Tacomaworld for two years and losing my mind about wheels. Sorry I can't keep offset, tire size, etc straight so here goes....I have a bone stock 24 TRD Sport and plan to keep it that way except upgrade speakers/amp and want some all black Method like 305s to swap with these stock 18 rims. Want to stay 18. Prob get flamed by some teenagers for this question, but looking for any pics of say Method 305s in 18 inch and running the Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 that I have used on my 4Runner (00 with TRD SC/headers/Magnaflow and custom stereo setup) and 09 Taco TRD SPort I traded in (09 bone stock with 230k miles just upgraded custom speaker/amp setup) and tires took me everywhere I wanted to drive in Big Bend, Colorado, New Mexico off road but not extreme off road. I have zero need of a setup/lift that I would never actually put to use except for show and losing mpg. Offset? Beating my head against the wall here....Thanks in advance.

    Looks good!

Did you do the lift before or after the wheels? I’m curious if the tires rubbed without the lift.

I did it all at once.. the tires do not rub, and from what I hear, they won’t rub without a lift either.

Looks good but still too much poke, I have RC fender flares on the way. They claim they are an additional 1.5 inches wider. Had to go on a muddy road and mud was slinging on the windshield, hood and roof.

I figured there would be poke. +55 to +25 and the wheel is 1 inch wider, it pushed the wheels/tire out 1.61 inches. Yeah can’t imagine going negative offset or even 0 on the gen 4.

Well CrispyTacoLover, you're not far off. Using the argument that if they're going to upgrade the rims to 18" from the 17" stocks then they should have done the same for the spare, I did manage to squeeze a full size spare out of the dealership (same rim and tire) with the help of a nice lady at the Toyota Brand Engagement Center (see below image from SET's accessories page). However, they showed no interest in replacing the plastic covered rims that came with the truck. The sales manager basically told me too bad, so sad. We're not going to replace those rims. Those are the rims that came on the truck from SET, 95% of people would never even noticed so the 5% can just suck it up. Needless to say, I was not happy at his attitude...what an ass. Never buying a car from that dealership/owner again for sure.

Regardless, I'm gonna take my full time spare and move on. I'll make sure the service department rotates all 5 as needed for the tire lifespan of 55k miles or so. When I am due for new tires, I'll replace the rims with something better.
