    I only ended up doing the interior and topping off the washer fluid in this Corolla before going home for the night…

    Damn, that must be your record for the day!

    I had a 2019 or 2020 Malibu when my truck first went for the reframe, kept it a few weeks. Wouldn't buy one but for the money it seems like a lot of car honestly, and I did dig the little things like that readout.

    Yesterday, I drove a customer back to his house and immediately realized that his house is located directly behind a house where I’ve picked up scrap; I mentioned this to the customer, and he asked if I’d be interested in taking his 1978 Landau motorhome. He recently inherited the house from his late father if I remember correctly, and the camper hasn’t been started or moved in about 25 years. It has a title, but I personally believe that it is too nice to scrap, and regardless of what I wanted to do with it I do not have the means to move it. If it was a small camper trailer with good tires, I would just tow it off the property with my truck, but this thing would require some very specialized equipment if it couldn’t be started…

    And I think it’s too nice to scrap; I am presently trying to find it a home…

    Those are nice. The roof and the chassis would tell the story on whether its worth a full gut & restore or whether its due for a part-out. Sadly, the owner's best bet is to put it on Craigs with the caption "if you can tow it, you can have it."

    @Cpl. Punishment
    @Junkhead

    Since starting the job at Enterprise in January 27th, I have seen three vehicles registered in Canada; a Ford Expedition with Ontario plates, a Ram 1500 from Quebec, and this Nissan Armada from Quebec. I have driven the Ram and the Nissan. The Nissan has the KPH in boldface and MPH in smaller font; I drove this Nissan from the Souderton branch to the branch where I work (Doylestown) a couple weeks ago, and I set the cruise control for the posted speed limited (55 MPH) while on Route 309. I happened to look down at the speedometer as I was heading into Hatfield, and about freaked out because I briefly thought that I was doing 80 MPH. Luckily, I was reading kilometers…

    If one branch has a vehicle that another branch does not, and a customer wants that specific vehicle, then we bring that vehicle to the branch that needs it. In this case, somebody renting through the Warrington branch wanted a Wrangler, so I drove it there from Doylestown…

    I will never buy a new Jeep, but I have to admit that I liked this one. The ride was decent for a Jeep, and I’m assuming it has a turbocharged 4-banger because it did not feel underpowered on the 611 bypass. It is a hybrid, but from what I’ve read about hybrid Jeeps, the improvement in gas mileage over a non-hybrid is negligible…

    My dad’s 2002 BMW 325Ci convertible had a phenomenal factory stereo (Harman Kardon, which was standard on the 330Ci and the M3, but not common on the 325), the Bose stereo in my best friend’s 2006 Nissan Maxima SL kicked some serious ass, and the JBL systems in various older Toyotas sound amazing. However, both my mom’s 2013 Nissan Murano and my dad’s 2018 GMC Yukon both have factory Bose systems that can’t hold a candle to what I’ve got in my truck. The Yukon’s stereo sounds better than the Murano’s. My mom’s 2004 Honda Odyssey EX had a halfway decent factory stereo too. My friend’s 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sahara had a great stereo; I forget what brand it was, but I think it was Alpine.

    My cousin’s 1998 Audi Cabriolet had a great factory stereo, and her 2006 Scion XA did as well (factory Pioneer). However, most of these stereos were experienced by me before I went all out with the stereo in my truck, and in some cases before I even had the truck. About the only stereos that can outshine what I’ve got in my truck are other aftermarket systems with larger subwoofers.
