Heat. You'll want to hit it with a hair dryer (heat gun, but those get hotter and can kill the paint, a hair dryer won't). For quite a while because it's so cold out.

Baby oil can be effective on some older stickers also. If you use heat for the sticker, baby oil will sometimes remove the adhesive residue. Isopropyl alcohol is also a good choice.

I usually use a heat gun to remove the vinyl stickers and prep sol or wax and grease remover to get the glue residue off

Goo Gone works pretty well for removing the sticker residue.

That is what I usually use, I only recently found out/bought a rubber erase wheel (which works well).

I can't remember if it's goo gone or goof off, but either way, car was after that. That stuff will damage paint if left alone.

that's why I suggested the pre wash wax and grease remover . Its what we always use to clean a vehicle before we paint it it leaves no residue and doesn't bother the paint at all

lots of good suggestions, but I am going to guarantee that a wire brush, or wire wheel for a drill will take them off. Sander might also work very well.

Best part of this method, you get to choose which paint to use after.

I can't find a picture now, I think it was probably ten years ago at this point, someone posted a picture of those stupid dealership decals they slap on trunks/lift gates, etc - but this one was laser cut and treated, couldn't remove it.

Makes me remember how I taught myself how to manipulate a dial combo on a safe in less than 2 weeks during break times at work lol. It was a sargent and greenleaf group 2 type combo on a mosler safe. It now resides at my house with a rebuilt dial and reset combonation. I was going to buy a new lock to keep practicing but never followed through. Surprisingly simple once you understand the concept.

Any of you with fridges, have you thought about/use something like this?

    upload_2025-3-6_8-18-11.png

Trying to figure out my setup - right now i just have bottles sloshing around as a heat sink. I'm thinking of getting those and basically stuffing them like packing cubes, take them in and out when I need that space instead. Keep things relatively organized in there.

Wondering if anyone has done similar or has a different approach.

To note - I have NOT measured to see if those fit, or would fit when stacked, etc - so, take those specific ones with a grain of salt, but I'm getting ideas at this point.

We have one big basket in ours, it’s nice cause I can pull it out and get what I need. It sucks as stuff falls thru the grates.

I would not want ones that stack, as that takes away from tall bottles fitting, such as the wife’s coffee creamer shit.
