A small family a few house down took their 3 pitbulls for a walk and one of the dogs dragged their kid for a solid 30ft trying to get at another neighbor who's in his 90's. Luckily the dad was able to catch up and hold it back, mad props to the kid for not letting go. Couple weeks later the same dog bit another neighbors grandson. It's a house we walk past every time we check the mail too so I'm always on egde with those three snarling in the window.

They can be amazing and super loving animals. To counter balance the breed stigma one of my brothers best friends daughters got mauled in the middle of the street by a great dane. She was lucky to survive and spent several days in the ICU (I think I've mentioned that in here before).

worked with a lot of them helping an ex who worked at a dog rescue… the overwhelming majority of them were sweet hearts. i’ll probably be looking for another when my pup moves on

 

Literally two weeks ago we were laying in the van, having a lazy morning and I was telling my gf once Venice passes in, I'll probably go dogless for a bit to just simplify life and things. An hour later I get the text and now I've got two dogs.
