Ok. I thought maybe it would be alittle darker or not.

How about where to find some smoke corner lens and blinker lens to replace the amber ones? Or do most of you guys just paint them too?

Nah, it would look just like any other BHLM, because the part you paint is the only part smoked. I tinted my lenses and reflectors

Looks like I'm too late! I just noticed this thread, have been itching for a set of Morimotos for awhile.

Coupon code is no longer valid.

prae, just call them. They're good guys over there and would probably hook you up. I've done business with them for years, they're fairly flexible.

Lets see everybody's retrofit when they're done. I'm working on another retrofit on my truck right now too. I did my own thing instead of buying one of these kits. But it'll be interesting to see everybody's finished product.

    From TRS

    "Hey Marco,
Hope you had a good weekend, thanks for your patience waiting on a response here. We appreciate your participation in the Taco group buy, its been a huge success actually, I think around 40 people have ordered so far. These orders will all be out our door by Wednesday of this week at the latest, your order may or may not be already shipping out today. Im not sure since they're just mixing them in with our regular outgoing shipments in the order they're received, and I dont manage the sipping here at TRS."

i used Ebay cheapies and they were a little difficult to open I used viet2100 write up and he said to do 300 w/ oven off well i did and was still stuck so anther 5 and voila easy to separate so oven temps may vary but ebays are holding up great and its been raining a few days and no moisture so far. so if you dont find a set of OEM headlights seeing as everyone buying this kit will want OEMs as long as you get most of sealant out (heatgun was easiest for me) you will be good with ebay cheapies i only paid 80 for a pair and that was with shipping

Been looking - can't seem to find specific pictures.

Just finished the wiring, now on to the projectors/shrouds.

The shrouds have to be trimmed a little bit...

Do I trim the shrouds so they completely contact the reflector bowl to avoid any light leaking? Having a little trouble grasping this.
