Generally, I would send back. Where is it bent?

That does not look bad to me. Maybe a radiator shop can do a bench pressure-test.

Really your call. If your truck is not down, send back. If already apart or the old one is leaking, take the chance and install it. Even if it leaks, it will be returnable under warranty, depending where you got it. From the pics, it don't look bad to me but in person, it may look worse.

I wouldn’t be concerned about that if there isn’t any obvious damage to the tubes and fins.

I returned it for another, dealership parts guy said denso is good and is probably who makes the oem one. ( what do you think about this water pump sealing surface?)

That radiator looks straighter than half the aftermarket condensers we get

Looks fine to me you're gonna have a gasket to seal it anyway.

I was unhappy with the condition of a Denso radiator that I bought in November. There were slits in the C-channel rails top and bottom, AND the packaging was loose so that it bounced around in the box. When I received it, one of the transmission cooler lines had worn a hole through the box, and the cap that seals the transmission cooler before install. I sent it back and upgraded to a CSF.

Looking at your pics it looks like the C-channel rails are slightly splayed. If that is the ONLY problem, I would bend them back and install it without hesitation. The mating surface on that coolant pump, however, looks unacceptable to me.

should be fine unless there are creases or dents in the radius of the tubes from the event that caused teh bend(will become a long term failure point for thermocycle failures) -20 plus yrs in radiator manufacturing
