    That's a task for this 6 off :D
I just found a set of supermoto wheels with 500 miles for $800. The guy is in my hometown. He's willing to drop them off at my best friend's law office. It's taking everything I have not to buy them. I have no use, but the price is a steal.

No use YET. Get them, and then you have a reason to get a bike to put them on.

Nooooo. You get a new bike for them. The Rally is already good to go. You don't want to be wasteful and have excessive parts for the Rally. Far more efficient to get another bike so all the parts are being used properly. :D

That just means you need to get another bike to put all those parts on.

I got tired of messing with the original front spoke wheel on the Harley so I ordered a new wheel. It’s a mammoth 52 fat spoke front wheel. Comes sealed for tubeless tire, fully chrome polished, correct tapered wheel bearings , direct bolt on and made in America.
For the rear I have the stock solid fatboy wheel.
Harley put the solid rear and spoke front on 1987-1998 springer and some of the custom softails got the same combo. So it’s not unique just the front fat spoke is. IMO a solid rear wheel is just stronger and will have less flex. The fat spoke front should be pretty firm also.

Well that changed quickly. I canceled the order for the front wheel. It just doesn’t go with the style of bike I have. I am going to run the stock wheel for now and look into other options. Plus it was $669 dollars that I really didn’t want to spend.

New wheel ordered. Stock is a 40 spoke so I went with a 60 spoke (not fat spokes) which IMO will look much better. Price was also over half as much as the fat spoke wheel.

The used fatboy wheel showed up today. Got all the grease and grime off it, knocked out the bearing races. I will put it in the plaster tomorrow and get it ready for powder coating.

I'm super tempted to get the Rabaconda balancer now. I like the HF one but still, wall mounting plus the cone system is super appealing.

It’s simple! There are a bunch of good videos on YouTube on how to do it.
