That's what I like to hear! I've got the bed off currently (thought it was a bad fuel issue initially)but it's just 6 bolts to put it back on. Do you have any experience tuning? Once you have the mapecu3 software installed you can pull the current tune from the piggyback, and I can give you some base tunes if you have other plans.

I’m more comfortable with mechanical things than tuning. Any reason you chose the map3 instead of just doing hptuners? Justdsm tuned my current truck I am sure he could cook something up for this setup as well. Id probably tune it for 93/91 just because it’s more available and it’s what I run currently

HP wasn't an option when I did this, I was ahead of the game lol. It is hard wired in, but it would just be reconnecting the wires that the mapecu3 intercepted. At the time I worked in Decatur and drove by a gas station every day that had e85 so it was very convenient for me

That makes sense haha. I’ve seen e85 out here but it was barely cheaper than 93. I’m out and about right now with my nephews but when I get home I am gonna shoot ya a pm

@Murphinator that manifold/turbo/charge pipes means all the complicated legwork is done for a turbo kit.

This would have never been an option in CA.

    Go for it!!!!!

Only part that sucks is that my current truck has SAI and his manifolds weren't designed for that. I don't know that I trust myself to rebuild the engine properly, and being out here now I don't know of any reputable shops to rebuild the engine in that truck. I am tempted to buy a welder (again) and learn that decent enough maybe I could modify the current setup to work with my heads. Being out here has definitely opened up a lot of possibilities for me that were never possible haha. Plan is to go pick this thing up on Saturday

I might be interested in the MAP-ECU3 if you ever go with something else.
