I think they will last a very long time- as long as you keep an eye on the wheel seals. if the seals go out and leak gear oil into the wheel bearing, the bearing is now contaminated and its grease is being displaced by the gear oil which will shorten its life dramatically. ask me how i know :)

that is a common front wheel bearing noise. highway speed, and a hum when you turn one way or the other

Update: I ordered all of the seal components (OEM) from toyota online and both Koyo Rear bearing assemblies online. The parts ended up costing $360 total. My local mechanic will charge $650 for labor for both sides. So it's going to end up costing near $1,000. This is scheduled near the middle of this month.

I just had both rear bearings and rear brakes replaced on my 2011. The cost was about $ 1,800 for the whole thing. Expensive, yes, but not something I could either do myself due to both lack of correct tools and cold weather here in NH

That's not bad as well. The good thing is that you probably won't have to replace again.

I ended up buying the parts from toyota online parts and brought Koyo bearings. Labor cost me $650 so I ended up paying shy over $1k total. I felt I came out well for a solid truck.
