IMG_4900.jpgFalken At4w’s Doing work 265/75/16 no problem no tire damage at all after a ruff day of wheeling. Super happy with this tire on and off road. So plush on the street

That’s a bit of a dated view of them. They are one of the top all terrains on the market these days and perform extremely well. And if you call any discount tire they’ll tell you that they balance great and that KO3s are the tires that frequently require 8+ ounces and vibrate half the time. All my Falkens have taken less than 4oz and have been perfectly smooth at any speed.

I spoke with them too. I have the 285/70/17s in SL on my Trailhunter and they are beasts. Falken told me they are just as puncture resistant as the E loads (except for their 3 ply Duraspec version).

I did the AT3s when they first hit the market.. great tire all around.. great in most conditions.. EXCEPT RAIN.. I ran a 265/75 16 LT.. now I run Nitto G3s that just hit the market back in October and can say w confidence that they perform better than the AT3s .. a substantial improvement in wet conditions .. also in the same size LT

My AT3s on my 3rd gen 4Runner are great in the rain and unstoppable in the snow. Great tire and do well on my Tacoma!

I love my Falken AT4w's (285/75 r16). Haven't had the opportunity to take them offroad yet, but they've seen four 2,000+ mile road trips in 12 months and plenty of parking lots - They grip better in the rain and snow, offer superior daily driving comfort, and produce less in-cabin road noise compared to my previous BFG K02's, for what it's worth.
