    Hello,

Hope somebody can help me out this alignment issue.

I installed a pair of new shocks Bilstein 5100 in the front. And I did test drive after the new front shocks were installed and there was no alignment issue.

After the test drive, I installed a pair of Bilsten 5100 and Icon 1.5 " Add-A leaf lifting kit in the rear.I had a bit of difficulty aligning the leaf springs but I managed to put the new add a left kit.
I took to a test drive and I noticed the alignment was quite bit off. The truck tended go to right.

On the following day, I took my truck to a shop to get 4 wheel alignment.
The tech could align the front wheels but not the rear wheels. He tried to align twice and he even re-calibrated the wheel aligner twice but he could align the rear wheels.
I could only think the reason would be something to do with how I installed the add-a leaf since I had to drop the rear axel to put the add-a leaf. The mechanic inspected the rear wheel shocks and the leaf springs and he felt they were installed properly and didn't believe that was installation error. My truck had never been in an accident.

If anyone can help me finding a solution for this alignment issue, that would be great.

    Thank you for reading.

Where are you located? And need pics of the leaf springs installed. Several pics would help.

Sometimes the rear gets out of whack a tiny amount when replacing or adding leaf's. I have never seen this done, but have heard it is pretty straight forward. While on the alignment rack loosen the u-bolts and reposition the rear axle. Tighten the u-bolts when in spec. I've heard of people using ratchet straps to shift axle. Hopefully someone with knowledge in this area will chime in.

Did you use a new leaf spring center pin when you added the Add-A-leaf to the spring pack?

Check if leaf pack sits flash on the axle on both sides
